This policy explains what information Feteer Lounge collects when you use this website, place a pickup order, or contact us, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Order details: the items you order, your name, phone number, email address and any notes, so we can prepare your order and confirm it.
• Payment information: card payments are processed by Clover through secure payment fields hosted by Clover. Your card number never touches our servers and we don’t store it.
• Messages: the name, contact details and message you send through our contact and catering forms.
• Device data: standard server logs, and a cart saved in your browser’s local storage so your order is still there when you come back.

How we use it

• To prepare, take payment for, and confirm your order.
• To email you your order confirmation and receipt.
• To reply to your messages and catering requests.

We don’t send marketing email, and we don’t sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run our ordering and website: Clover (point of sale, payments and orders), Resend (sending email) and Vercel (website hosting).

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser’s local storage to remember your cart. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Clover’s payment fields may use reCAPTCHA to prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept in our Clover point-of-sale system as long as needed to run the business and meet legal requirements. Form messages stay in our email inbox.

Children

This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
