By ordering from or using this website, you agree to these terms. They apply to online pickup orders placed with Feteer Lounge at 1551 Main Ave, Clifton, NJ 07011.

Ordering and pickup

Online orders are for pickup at our location during kitchen hours. When online ordering is closed, you can schedule a pickup for the next open time. Please arrive at your pickup time.

Prices and tax

Prices are set in our Clover point-of-sale system and may change. New Jersey sales tax is calculated by Clover. Before you pay, you’ll see your order total with tax and tip; that is the amount charged. Delivery apps set their own prices.

Payment

Payment is collected at checkout through Clover’s secure payment fields. By placing an order you authorize the charge for the total shown, including tax and any tip you choose.

Allergens

Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts and other allergens, and we can’t guarantee any item is free of them. If you have an allergy, call us before ordering at (862) 591-1141.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Feteer is made to order, so we start preparing right away. If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right. Refunds are handled case by case through Clover.

The hookah lounge

Hookah is for guests 21 and over with a valid ID, and is subject to our house rules and New Jersey law. We may refuse service.

Website content

The text, photos and design of this site belong to Feteer Lounge and may not be reused without permission.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Feteer Lounge isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the site or ordering through it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
